John Gagliano of Gagliano Law Offices has again been selected to Super Lawyers list in the area of Aviation and Aerospace Law. To be chosen, one must first be nominated before undergoing an extensive multi-phase process, which includes evaluations and peer reviews based on one’s professional record as well as other honors or awards they earned.
John earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
John worked for a world-renowned aviation law firm for eight years when he opened Gagliano Law Offices in 2018. John continues to represent clients in general aviation, corporate, military, and air carrier cases. His passion for aviation began at a young age and led to his time in the U.S. Navy, where he served for nine years as a Naval Aviator and flight instructor. John was deployed a week after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks and flew more than 80 combat missions over Afghanistan in the opening days of Operation Enduring Freedom.
As an aviation attorney, John uses his engineering and aviation expertise to lead teams of engineers, scientists, test pilots, and other lawyers in the investigation, testing, and demonstration of crash sequences and product failures. John uses his teaching experience to describe and demonstrate complex technical and legal issues in simple terms to courts and juries with superior results.
